Korean　Air　Lines　Co.　chief　Cho　Yang-ho　formally　apologized　Friday　for　the　actions　of　his　eldest　daughter　who　triggered　an　uproar　by　ordering　a　crew　member　to　leave　a　plane　over　an　alleged　breach　of　snack-serving　protocol.　Speaking　at　the　carrier's　main　headquarters　in　western　Seoul,　the　65-year-old　businessman　asked　for　the　public's　forgiveness　for　the　"foolish"　actions　of　his　daughter.
　　大韩航空控制人赵亮镐上周五就其长女赵显娥以派发零食不符规程服务为由驱赶空乘人员下机一事道歉。这位65岁的商业领袖在大韩航空位于首尔西部的公司总部表示，希望公众能够谅解女儿的“愚蠢行为”。（《韩国时报》）

　　“I　am　making　my　apology　as　a　father　and　head　of　Korean　Air,”　he　said.　His　daughter　will　be　removed　from　all　her　official　posts,　not　only　within　Korean　Air　but　other　companies　in　the　Hanjin　Group.

　　根据赵亮镐的表态，不管国土交通部和检方的调查结果如何，赵显娥都将辞去大韩航空副社长和在集团子公司担任的所有职务。赵亮镐强调，自己会为避免类似事件再次发生而竭尽全力。

　　"We　are　sorry　about　the　inconvenience　to　passengers,"　Korean　Air　said.　The　company　said　it　was　excessive　action　to　have　a　crew　member　removed　from　a　plane.　The　company,　however,　claimed　it　was　the　plane's　captain　who　ordered　the　purser　to　leave　after　Cho　raised　the　issue　over　the　service　quality　and　lack　of　crew　oversight.　It　said　the　purser　was　in　the　wrong　by　not　knowing　the　proper　procedures.

　　现年40岁的赵显娥5日乘坐从美国纽约飞往韩国仁川的大韩航空班机头等舱。飞机开始滑跑时，赵显娥发现乘务员给她提供的坚果没有按规定放在盘中，而是装在袋子里。于是，她就要求机长将飞机掉头开回登机口，并勒令乘务长下机。为此，这一航班延误了11分钟，而当时机上旅客并未得到任何解释。
